In 2022, Blue Jay Montessori began as a small group of parents who were brought together by our love of children. Fast-forward to today, we became a warm and loving community of children, caregivers, and educators who inspire intrinsic motivation, acceptance, and discovery for every learner, big and small.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Our mission is to bring the authentic, beautiful, and peaceful<\/strong> Montessori environment into the daily lives of children, one home at a time. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

From birth to age six, the child’s absorbent mind would take in more information from their environment (sensory details, language, behaviors, etc.) than any other periods of their life. Like a sponge, the child’s mind is absorbing all that is around them, eagerly and indiscriminately. Hence, it is vital for adults to foster that love of learning <\/strong>by interacting with the child mindfully while curating an environment that facilitates the child’s development of order, coordination, concentration, and independence.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

We are here to provide those tools for families in creating the best environment at home for their child’s course of natural development.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Greetings and welcome to Blue Jay Montessori! My name is Danni Wei, founder and AMS guide, and I love assisting families that want to incorporate Montessori principles into their homes and everyday life.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

I show families how to encourage their child’s independence while setting clear and kind boundaries. I assist them in regaining a greater sense of calm in their lives while navigating the challenges of parenting.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Additionally, children adore having age-appropriate activities that they can practice and become proficient at, developing independence and a greater sense of self in the process.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
