Like a sponge, the child’s mind is absorbing all that is around them, eagerly and indiscriminately. Hence, it is vital for adults to foster that love of learning by interacting with the child mindfully while curating an environment that facilitates the child’s development of order, coordination, concentration, and independence.

We are here to provide those tools for families in creating the best environment at home for their child’s course of natural development.

~Meet Ms. Danni, Your Montessori Guide~

Greetings and welcome to Blue Jay Montessori! Formerly, I was a high school math teacher and enjoyed my job, but I am blessed to be able to stay home and be with my children. Since I am home, I decided to take my passion for teaching and apply it to my children. No, my toddler is not a math prodigy and I do not have her sit and do math drills and make her count to 10 multiple times daily. Instead, I have harnessed my love for teaching by giving my toddler meaningful tasks and opportunities to practice life and learning skills. I thoroughly enjoy observing and nurturing my little ones as they develop a love for learning through play and discovery.

My role in Blue Jay Montessori is to help stimulate a sense of wonder in children by providing opportunities to explore and discover. Once per month, after class, I will be leading our children and parents through a science-based activity. Not only will our children be awed by fun science experiments, but we as their parents get to learn alongside them and model first-hand how fun learning can be. I look forward to our time together, see you all soon!

Among my credentials are:
Bachelors of Arts in Mathematics (CSUSB)
Masters in Education (University of Redlands)
BCLAD Certified
BARR Certified
AVID Certified

~Co-owner and Media Coordinator~

Justin Goebels is our administrator and media coordinator.
